At Jack and Jill Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
